 Een volle studio bij FunX Amsterdam want alle zes leden van de Zuid-Afrikaanse groep Bantu Continua Uhuru Consciousness (BCUC) zijn in de house. Net als hun naam laat ook de muziek van de groep zich niet makkelijk omschrijven. De leden van BCUC, afkomstig uit de voormalige township Soweto, luisteren naar Slum Village, traditionele muziek, soul en rock en dat hoor je allemaal terug in de songs op hun eerste EP. Op toernee in Europa doen ze de Lijn5-studio aan voor een uitgebreid interview en een mega freestyle met begeleiding van neusfluit en mondharp, waarbij de gemiddelde 101 sessie verbleekt. Een gesprek over onder andere de misstap van Nelson Mandela en de media in Zuid-Afrika. Verder nieuwe tracks van o.a. Wale, een Braziliaanse remix van een Angolese evergreen en een Last Poets-remix van Nicolay. In het derde uur neemt dj Threesixty de studio over met zijn non-stop Kilimanjaro mix..
